entertainment career of Danny Steagall continues to
bring pleasure and entertainment to fans across the
country. His trademark voice is strong and clear in his
delivery of country classics as well as self penned
traditional country, christian/gospel, jazz and honky
tonk tunes. Danny has performed on stage with major
country acts including Reba McEntire, Willie Nelson,
Janie Fricke, Larry Gatlin, Glen Campbell, Johnny
Rodriguez, Roy Clark, Roger Miller, Charley Pride, Mason
Dixon, Ferlin Husky and Red Steagall.
Straight out of college in 1975, Danny loaded his gear
onto the big Silver Eagle bus of older brother, country
singer Red Steagall, and hit the road touring for the
next dozen years in most every state in the union, as
well as overseas tours to Spain, Germany, Australia, and
the South Pacific.
Among the many artists who have recorded Steagall's
songs are Conway Twitty, Leann Womack and Mark Chestnut,
Gretchen Wilson and Merle Haggard, Les Taylor (Exile),
Janie Fricke, Larry Gatlin and Red Steagall.
TV credits include a guest performance on Ralph Emery's
Nashville Now. He is a featured performer, alongside
Rich O'Brien, Steve Story and Jake Hooker on the weekly
television show, "In the Bunkhouse with Red
Steagall" and "Somewhere West of Wall
Street". His stage credits include a starring role
in the production, Soul of the West, with performances
from Washington, D.C. and Bass Hall in Fort Worth, to
the panhandle of Texas.
